The Big Bang Theory is incredibly popular and merchandise from the show is looking awesome. Case in point, Entertainment Earth has unveiled one of their San Diego Comic Con exclusives and it is a unique Bif Bang Pow action figure of one of the show’s characters - Sheldon Cooper as played by  Jim Parsons. As you know I was at Wondercon convention this past weekend in Anaheim. In between signing and panels I found some time to go shopping! One of my main weaknesses are Funko POP! vinyl figures so I knew I was going to come back a few of those. Which ones and what else did I come home with? Let’s have a look shall we....

I just happened to run across these pictures of me cosplaying at San Diego Comic Con last year. I cosplayed as the Cathy Lee Crosby version of Wonder Woman from the 1974 TV movie. I have to admit, I chose a relatively obscure version of Wonder Woman, LOL. But, I love the CLC version, I thought she was a way different take on the character.

I also wanted to cosplay as someone you would not see 30 girls dressed the same as. I don’t think most people had any clue as to who I was cosplaying as. But the ones who did were really excited that I chose to do her. So let’s have a look at the pictures!

I have new video for you. This one is an interview I did with one of my favourite cosplay girls Becca Batgirl. She is quite lovely and does an awesome Batgirl. I met her last year at Wondercon and was fortunate to talk to her again at San Diego Comic Con last year. I was cosplaying as the Cathy Lee Crosby Wonder Woman, which I should probably do a little more of, I love that costume. Let’s have a look at the video shall we?

I really dig vinyl collectibles. I don’t collect them, but I can appreciate the style and art of it. So, November 9th I attended the Designer Con (or Dcon as the cool kids call it) event at the Pasadena Convention Center. Dcon is a convention that celebrates vinyl figures, toys, plush and more. A lot of the people exhibiting are creative individuals, not necessarily companies. People who are expressing their creativity through their hobby, which makes for some amazing pieces of work.

I got into Comikaze pop-culture convention early on Friday afternoon, about a half an hour after the show started, and was able to grab some pictures before the crowd showed up. Take a look below at some of the interesting things I saw while at the Los Angeles Convention Center event.
