A lot of fans have been asking about the inclusion of the iconic songs that due to clearance issues, had to be left off of previous releases. Shout Factory addressed the issue on Facebook:

For our new transfer we have gone back to the original audio tracks to create a new soundtrack. Only one song - The Damned’s “Dead Beat Dance” - could not be cleared for inclusion on the disc unfortunately. Otherwise, the rest will be the original audio as heard in the theaters when the film played first-run.
