The popular cosplayer releases vinyl figure using the My Hero Toys figure platform.
For Immediate Release: February 13th, 2015
(HOLLYWOOD, CA) My Hero Toys (http://www.myherotoys.com) debuts a limited edition vinyl action figure based on the superhero character Lady Titan co-created by prolific cosplayer and geek personality Tanya Tate. My Hero Toys is a line of blank vinyl figure platforms designed for customizers to use when creating characters. Tanya Tate’s Lady Titan is the first character figure to be released by My Hero Toys. Standing 5 inches tall, the Lady Titan figure perfectly reflects her comic art counterpart. From the trademark purple costume to her metallic silver boots the essence of the character is complete.
“I’m very excited to debut this figure,” said Tanya. “I am a huge fan of the medium, so a lot of care went into creating this collectible. I’m very pleased with the results and think designer vinyl collectors will enjoy adding Lady Titan to their collection.”
Based on the upcoming comic book by Tanya Tate and Alexander Raymond, Lady Titan is a superhero designed as homage to the spandex wearing super heroines of retro television, but with a fun updated twist. Deriving her powers from her costume, Lady Titan fights an on-going battle against evil doers in Studio City. While her powers are formidable, Lady Titan has not yet mastered them which makes saving the city a challenge.
The Lady Titan figure is currently available from the My Hero Toys website: http://www.myherotoys.com.

A press release by
If there was every something that was going “break the internet” this story would probably be it. Marvel and Sony released a statement yesterday that Spider-man will be joining the groundbreaking Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Talk of this has been floating around the net for some time, and while most of that could be attributed to click bait sites with no real factual information, there has always been a hint of some truth to the notion.
Now, it is a fact. Under this new deal Spider-man will be entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Not only that, but Marvel's Kevin Feige is set to produce the “next installment of the Spider-Man franchise” with former co-chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment, Amy Pascal. Note that it may not be “The Amazing Spider-man 3,” actually, it looks more like it might not be. “Together, they will collaborate on a new creative direction for the web slinger.”
So what does this mean for Sony’s Spider-man spin-offs? Are they still a-go? There was no mention about them in the press release. Sinister Six had release date of November 11th 2016. Does that still stand?
While there is speculation about that Spider-man will be seen in Captain America: Civil War (which makes some sense as he was an important turning point in the story, but more on this below), the statement by Marvel does not say which movie specifically only “under the deal, the new Spider-Man will first appear in a Marvel film from Marvel's Cinematic Universe.”
Chances are that Spider-man could appear in CA:CW. My only qualm is that while Spider-man is an important part of the storyline, the major point of his being in the story has ramifications that could have adverse effects to his own movie franchise. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, go read Civil War. You’ll thank me.
Though the internet is abuzz with this news, one thing I wanted to point out; that only “a” movie appearance by Spider-man in the MCU is solidified with “Marvel and Sony Pictures are also exploring opportunities to integrate characters from the MCU into future Spider-Man films.” Which mean, things are still up in the air as far as more movie appearances.
There are a lot of questions still in the air, but at the end of the day, this is, pardon the pun, amazing news. It’s a damn fine time to be a geek.

I open up and display 80 Disney POP vinyl figures in this video, watch it below and enjoy.
